This is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Currently our Zumba classes are out sourced. Please contact our reception for more information.
This is a complete body workout session using one simple piece of equipment that uses an agility grid (4 Squares) and easily folds into a hurdle. Each session works on coordination, cardio, conditioning and core. In addition, these plyometric exercises rapidly stretch your muscles, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength along with also boosting your stamina and metabolism.
This class incorporates our normal sweaty spin workout, with the added benefits of core strengthening exercises. The first 35 mins is spent in the saddle, followed by 20 mins of low impact core strengthening to improve posture, stability and lower back strength. Duration: 60mins
