This is a high-energy interval training class and combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. This hard hitting workout features boxing moves and athletic conditioning inspired by boxers all around the world. Get ready to punch, jump, lift and slam your way to a great workout. Duration: 45 mins
Our Max Interval training class is a type of fitness class that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. It is designed to increase you heart rate and push your limits. Very effective in burning calories and increasing fitness levels.
This class incorporates our normal sweaty spin workout, with the added benefits of core strengthening exercises. The first 35 mins is spent in the saddle, followed by 20 mins of low impact core strengthening to improve posture, stability and lower back strength. Duration: 60mins
