Get back to basics with our Bootcamp class. If you need that extra motivational push, or just like being shouted at, then bootcamp is the class for you. Incorporating various elements of fitness, the class is designed to target the entire body at a moderate to high intensity. This group session, will focus on exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, sit-ups and more in order to provide you with a killer workout. It is bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity and a chance to sweat out the studio. Duration: 45mins

This is still a predominantly cardiovascular based class for all fitness levels. It adds an exciting twist on the usual spin class. Choreographed dance and toning moves performed on the spinning bike set in a darkened room with funky disco lights that is sure to bring out a sweat and your inner diva. Duration: 45 mins
Our Max Interval training class is a type of fitness class that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. It is designed to increase you heart rate and push your limits. Very effective in burning calories and increasing fitness levels.
