Incorporating various elements of fitness, the class is designed to target the entire body at a moderate to high intensity. This group session, will focus on exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, sit-ups and more in order to provide you with a killer workout. It is bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity and a chance to sweat out the studio. Duration: 45mins
