Get back to basics with our Bootcamp class. If you need that extra motivational push, or just like being shouted at, then bootcamp is the class for you. Incorporating various elements of fitness, the class is designed to target the entire body at a moderate to high intensity. This group session, will focus on exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, sit-ups and more in order to provide you with a killer workout. It is bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity and a chance to sweat out the studio. Duration: 45mins

This is a complete body workout session using one simple piece of equipment that uses an agility grid (4 Squares) and easily folds into a hurdle. Each session works on coordination, cardio, conditioning and core. In addition, these plyometric exercises rapidly stretch your muscles, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength along with also boosting your stamina and metabolism.
This is still a predominantly cardiovascular based class for all fitness levels. It adds an exciting twist on the usual spin class. Choreographed dance and toning moves performed on the spinning bike set in a darkened room with funky disco lights that is sure to bring out a sweat and your inner diva. Duration: 45 mins
