Aqua Aerobics is a low impact exercise to music class held in the pool. These classes have many benefits including overall fitness & strength and weight loss. Our aqua aerobics class is suitable for adults (over 16’s) and all fitness levels. Duration: 45mins

This is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Currently our Pilates classes are out sourced. Please contact our reception for more information.
This class incorporates our normal sweaty spin workout, with the added benefits of core strengthening exercises. The first 35 mins is spent in the saddle, followed by 20 mins of low impact core strengthening to improve posture, stability and lower back strength. Duration: 60mins
