This class is a full body workout aimed to firm up your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. The class consists of a high volume of repetitions of one’s own body weight and/or light to medium weight exercises, which will lead onto some deep toning work for the bum, hips and core. The main goal for this class is toning but also tightening up the core, hips and legs and is suitable for all fitness levels. Duration: 45mins
