This class is designed to challenge participants with a diverse and dynamic workout, focusing on different aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each class is unique, providing a varied and comprehensive workout experience. Duration: 45mins
This class incorporates a core & Mobility.
A full body workout plan combining both weight and cardio conditioning training to tone, strengthen and develop one’s physique. In addition to this, it is shown to improve aerobic capacity. Duration: 45 mins
