High Intensity Interval Training, this is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time and is an all over body workout. Duration: 45 mins
This is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Currently our Pilates classes are out sourced. Please contact our reception for more information.
This class incorporates our normal sweaty spin workout, with the added benefits of core strengthening exercises. The first 35 mins is spent in the saddle, followed by 20 mins of low impact core strengthening to improve posture, stability and lower back strength. Duration: 60mins
A full body workout plan combining both weight and cardio conditioning training to tone, strengthen and develop one’s physique. In addition to this, it is shown to improve aerobic capacity. Duration: 45 mins
