Women’s Total Body Workout

This is a ladies only workout session to improve endurance, strength and overall toning up of your body. It is a full-body routine class, were you train every major muscle group in your body, such as your chest, back, arms, hamstrings, glutes and abs. Most exercises incorporated would be compound ones, like squats, deadlifts and overhead presses. Each session will have a conditioning during and/or at the end of a session to help promote fat loss. Duration: 45mins
