Ladies Total Body Workout

This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more. Instructors may vary it in approach each week, however, all exercises are a great workout for women of anyfitness level. Look forward to improved muscle strength, toned body, healthy weight, increased bone density and strength.
